Oh, the humanity! 8)

I've just created a simple Java Swing client. This client, via a few buttons, allows me to, via JACOB, invoke methods on a COM object. This COM object is only a wrapper for an object written in C#. And it all works (once I found the switch in Visual Studio that will build the C# with the COM support).

It's a weird and wonderful world in which I now develop...
